Do I need a lot or finished plans before getting in touch?

No. You can send an inquiry while you are gathering ideas. Include the area you are considering, whether you own a lot, and any plans you already have.

Can I inquire with my own architect or plans?

Yes. Tell us who is involved and how far your plans have progressed so the discussion can start with your existing work. The scope and responsibilities for your project can then be discussed.

Where do you build?

Our focus is Houston’s Memorial Villages and the surrounding Memorial area. Include your proposed location in the contact form so we can discuss your project.

How should I describe my budget and timing?

An approximate range and preferred timing are useful starting points. Include whether your budget covers land as well as the house. Project-specific pricing and scheduling need a discussion of the site, plans, and scope.
